SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

1. PLAYERS
-
You should have a camping set-up for use on Friday night; this will stay in place throughout the event so you have a backup emergency sleeping space if needed on Saturday night.
-
On Saturday night, players will be sleeping IC in the Arena and so we suggest bringing a secondary, lighter sleeping set-up for this. You can find some recommendations in the Arena Guidebook for what to bring.
-
If you would prefer not to have a camping set-up for the Friday night, you are welcome to sleep in your vehicle.
-
We would strongly prefer players not to stay off-site for this event.

2. CREW
-
You will have access to bunks, but please bring your own bedding.
-
If you would prefer, you are welcome to camp, sleep in your vehicle, or stay off-site.

CATERING

There will be basic self-catering facilities available to both players and crew. Alternatively, optional catering will be available at an additional cost (TBC). For players, this will be Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast. For crew, this will be a full weekend meal ticket (Fri dinner to Sun lunch). All dietary requirements will be catered for. We are currently in the process of confirming our caterer for this event.

BATHROOM FACILITIES

There is a proper toilet and shower block on site. These will be gender neutral facilities and likely used by both players and crew.
